When our mother passed away recently and we had to sell her home, we were very concerned about the time, energy and money we would have to expend to get the house cleaned out, fixed up and ready for sale.
After meeting with Dave Parks and selecting him as our Broker, we felt much better about the task ahead. Dave had looked over the property and presented a detailed plan, including costs and timeline, for getting the property to market. Dave is a bundle of energy, and he remained that way throughout the process. He is extremely knowledgeable about Bay Area real estate, and knew exactly how much work had to be put into the house to ensure its sale.
Just as importantly, Dave has access to the workers to make sure his projects get done quickly and economically. Dave absorbed all the costs to get the property to market, and wasn’t reimbursed until the house Closed. He had crews working constantly, and the house was cleaned out, painted, floors refinished, deck refurbished and landscaping cleaned out and redone within 5 weeks!

Based on my experience so far, I found that Dave Park's readiness and ability to help his clients with the process of selling their homes are truly outstanding. To explain, I interviewed several agents (including Dave) in mid-April of this year (2023) in connection with our plans to put our home for sale. Following the interviews, I told Dave that it is between him and one other agent. Meanwhile, Dave worked with me for the next couple of months without a commitment from me and helped me to get the sunroof fixed (a difficult job for others who I checked with), the exterior of the house painted and the shutters put up to my full satisfaction. Dave sourced out the shutters of the desired dimensions (which surprisingly were hard to procure without a long delay) and went out of his way to pick them up at a distant store and got the job done. I was very impressed as he did all this without knowing if he will be chosen to list our home or not. Based on this experience and Dave's
