To Whom It May Concern,

I am the Trustee of my Mother's estate in Mountain View, California.
I live four hundred miles away in Oregon and I am not physically able to be there to oversee the estate.
Dave and Maddy have been amazing in helping to get my Mum's estate in order to sell. They have cleared out what I did not have time to do. Arranged and loaded Pods to be sent to me and my brother's house, full of personal
items that we wanted. Important paperwork that we did not need was taken and shredded. The yards were cleaned up and looked beautiful; both the front yard and backyard were overgrown and full of weeds. They're in constant communication with me about what is happening. I couldn't ask for a better team.

It has been fantastic working with Dave & Maddy with Gateway Properties. About a year ago we inherited my Uncle’s property at 10550 E. Zayante Rd,
Felton, CA. It has taken us this long to finally be in a position to get the house semi-ready to sell. We were still ways away from getting the house ready, but Dave & Maddy took over and removed the burden from our shoulders. With their experience and patience, they were able to remove
items that no one in the family wanted and disposed of them by either donating them, if they could be, or going to the dumps. They cleaned out the house and now we are getting ready to place it on the market.
